No Client Relationship Without an Engagement Agreement

Visiting this website, submitting a contact form, or scheduling a call does not create a client relationship. A formal engagement relationship is established only upon execution of a written agreement between you and Nearest Solutions.

Education Portal

Course purchases through the Nearest Solutions education portal are subject to the following additional terms:

• Access. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable access link for a single user. You may not share, resell, or distribute your access credentials or course content.
• Content ownership. All course materials, including text, audio, video, and downloadable files, are the intellectual property of Nearest Solutions and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from course content without written permission.
• Refunds. All course sales are final. Because digital access is granted immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue accessing your course, contact us through the contact form and we will resolve it.
• Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Nearest Solutions does not store your payment card information.
